The National Intelligence and Security Service (NISS) has warned that some social media activists who have been trying to confuse the public by disseminating false information about the National Intelligence and Security Service (NISS) on their social media pages should refrain from engaging in illegal activities.

He further said that the National Intelligence and Security Service (NISS) will work on gathering evidences for accountability of those who disseminate false information and rumors on social media and undermine the national interest and existence of the country.

In a statement to ETV, the National Intelligence and Security Service (NISS) said it is working with all security agencies to ensure peace and stability in the country by eliminating security threats.
