Three high TPLF officials are surrounded by Ethiopian National Defense Forces (ENDF) in Waldeba Monastery, according to the reliable ESAT media.
The high officials are:
Former chief of staff Lieutenant General Tsadkan Gebretensae (Left), who was said to have huge shares in Raya Brewery and was the Chairman of the Board RAYA Brewery.

Lieutenant General Tadesse Werede Tesfay (Centre), who was former Head of Mission and Force Commander of the United Nations Interim Security Force for Abyei from its inception in 2011 until 2013.

Tsegaye 'Aleqa' Berhe, former National Security Affairs Adviser, Minister of the Office of the Prime Minister. He is the brother of Aregawi Berhe, and husband of Kudusan Nega, sister of Sibhat Nega who was arrested with her brother recently.

Waldeba Monastery and its environs is a place of great religious, historical and environmental importance - and of national importance to the people of Ethiopia.
