According to Ethiopian Ambassador to the United States, BADR ETHIOPIA has donated more than 50,000 US dollars for the construction of the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam.

It is alleged that the incident took place in collaboration with the Ethiopian Embassy in the United States under the motto "It is my Dam".

In a message posted on his social media page, Ambassador Fitsum reaffirmed that the organization will continue to strengthen its efforts to safeguard Ethiopia's national interest alongside fundraising.
