Ethiopia has taken decisive action - Mousa Faki Mahamat

The chairman of the African Union Commission said the Ethiopian government's commitment to ensure the unity and stability of the country is determined.
He made the remarks at the 38th East African Development Community (EADC) emergency meeting in Djibouti on Sunday.
He said the move by the Ethiopian federal government was "to uphold the country's constitutional order" and that it was the legal responsibility of all countries.
According to Musa Faki, large-scale displacement has taken place in the Tigray region following the crisis. In this regard, IGAD called on Ethiopia to stand by Ethiopia's humanitarian efforts, paying special attention to refugees and displaced persons.
The IGAD member states, in addition to the chairperson of the African Union, expressed their support for the Ethiopian government.
On his social media page, Prime Minister Abe thanked the leaders of the two countries for "recognizing and recognizing the legitimacy of our law enforcement actions and for their commitment to supporting Ethiopia."
The military conflict in the Tigray region of Ethiopia in the last week of October is said to have affected not only Ethiopia but also neighboring countries. IGAD members are said to have raised the issue.
After weeks of fighting, the Ethiopian Federal Government took control of the capital of the Tigray region, and the government announced a "law enforcement operation".
It is estimated that hundreds of people were killed in the clashes. In addition to those estimated to be internally displaced, aid agencies say more than 50,000 people have fled the conflict and fled to Sudan.
The Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) has called on the international community to work with the international community to find a solution to the crisis in the Horn of Africa.
Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed held talks with Sudanese Prime Minister Abdalla Hamdock, Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta, Somali President Mohamed Farmajo, South Sudanese Vice President Ismail Omar Guelleh and Djibouti President Ismail Omar Guelleh in Addis Ababa last week.
It is said that the leaders discussed issues between member states and between some countries.
Based in Djibouti, the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) is a regional organization with membership in Eritrea, Sudan, Ethiopia, Djibouti, South Sudan, Kenya, Somalia and Uganda.
